In most cases, no. Denverati is the primary point of contact. We coordinate access, scheduling, and service expectations on behalf of our clients to protect their time, privacy, and peace of mind.

Our standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of a valid invoice. Invoices should be submitted to vendors@denverati.com for processing.

Yes. To ensure client privacy, all accepted vendors must sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as part of our onboarding process.

All vendors and collaborators are required to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any on-site work or access is granted. This protects both our clients and your business, ensuring a safe, respectful, and professional working relationship.
We ask that all communication, observations, and project details remain confidential—whether or not the client is present. Our goal is to create a quiet, seamless experience behind the scenes, where trust is never questioned.
